Terence Crawford Discusses Potential Strategy Against Canelo

WBA junior middleweight champion Terence Crawford shared insights into how he might approach a potential fight against Saúl Álvarez.

“I don’t want to say I’m going to box him. When I step into the ring, I might stay right in front of him. I don’t want to say I’ll stay in front of him when I might have to box him.

I’m the kind of fighter who makes adjustments on the fly. Throughout my career, I’ve done whatever it takes to get the job done,” Crawford told Froch On Fighting.

Neither Canelo nor Crawford currently has a confirmed next opponent. In his last fight, Saúl defeated Edgar Berlanga in September, while Crawford secured a victory against Israil Madrimov.
