Bernie Davis, a member of Terence Crawford’s team and part of the WBA super welterweight champion’s corner, is confident that Crawford will defeat Saul “Canelo” Alvarez in their September 12 undisputed showdown in Las Vegas.

“Crawford has the speed and IQ to neutralize any attack Canelo brings. Canelo’s slick, sure — he throws wide punches at where you are. He’s a well-rounded fighter. But Bud Crawford is elite. He’s a high-level fighter. September 12 is going to be a celebration.
