Crawford: "Canelo Took Care of Him the Whole Fight"

36-year-old American WBA, WBC, and WBO welterweight champion (up to 66.7 kg) Terence Crawford (40-0, 31 KOs) shared his thoughts on the fight between undisputed super middleweight champion (up to 76.2 kg) Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (61-2-2, 39 KOs) and Jaime Munguia (43-1, 34 KOs).

"It looks like Canelo took care of him the whole fight!" Crawford wrote.

On the night of May 5th, Saul Alvarez won against Jaime Munguia by unanimous decision, defending his undisputed champion title for the fourth time. This loss marked the first in Munguia's career.

Terence Crawford's next fight will be at super welterweight (up to 69.9 kg) against WBA champion Israil Madrimov (10-0-1, 7 KOs) on August 3rd in Los Angeles, USA. Besides Madrimov's belt, the fight will also have the WBO interim champion title on the line.
