Coach Davis Evaluates Potential Fight with Haney-Lomachenko Winner

Gervonta Davis' trainer, Calvin Ford, shared his thoughts on a potential match between his protégé and the winner of the upcoming fight between undisputed lightweight world champion Devin Haney and Vasyl Lomachenko.

According to the coach, he would like his protégé to face the winner of the title fight.

"I hope Haney will beat Loma. I'd like him to defeat Lomachenko. I can also say that if Lomachenko ends up with all the belts, then he'll become more appealing to us."

"In reality, the winner of the Haney-Lomachenko fight is on my list of potential opponents. We just have to wait and see how things unfold. Perhaps soon there will be a fight that everyone wants to see. Then that option will be our top choice," Ford is quoted as saying by Boxing Scene.
