In an interview with LuckyPunch, Ukrainian IBF Inter-Continental super lightweight (up to 66,7 kg) champion Karen Chukhadzhian (23-2, 13 KOs) commented on the upcoming fights of Ukrainian boxers.
"Out of all the top fights involving Ukrainians coming up, I'm most looking forward to Usyk vs. Fury. This bout will be the biggest in the heavyweight division for a very long time.
I also want to watch Navarrete vs. Berinchyk. I wish Denis victory, as this is the big chance he has long deserved.
In the fight Lomachenko vs. Kambosos, Lomachenko will win. Simply because he's the better boxer," said Chukhadzhian.
The fight for the undisputed heavyweight world championship (over 90.7 kg) between the holder of the WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO titles Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) and WBC champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) will take place on May 18 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Denys Berinchyk (18-0, 9 KOs) and Emanuel Navarrete (38-1-1, 31 KOs) will meet on May 18 in San Diego, USA, for the vacant WBO lightweight title (up to 61.2 kg).
On May 12 in Perth, Australia, Vasiliy Lomachenko (17-3, 11 KOs) and George Kambosos (21-2, 10 KOs) will compete for the IBF and IBO lightweight titles.
