On the night of July 28, at O2 Arena in London, UK, 40-year-old British veteran Dereck Chisora (35-13, 23 KOs) defeated his 38-year-old compatriot Joe Joyce (16-3, 15 KOs) by unanimous decision.

"For me, this is a farewell dance party at O2 Arena. It's a sad day. It's hard to explain how much I love this arena, and now to have a fight with Joyce here. It will be incredible. I won't even sit down; I'll be standing the whole time," Dereck said before the fight.

Chisora debuted at O2 Arena in 2015, and the fight against Joyce marked his tenth appearance there – over 20% of all his fights have taken place at this venue.
