After Wallin: Chisora Rejects Africa Fight but Names Desired Opponent

41-year-old British heavyweight Derek Chisora (35-13, 23 KOs) has revealed the fight he would like to take after facing 33-year-old Swede Otto Wallin (26-2, 14 KOs). Chisora is open to a third clash with Dillian Whyte (31-3, 21 KOs) but doesn’t believe Africa is the right place for it.

"The African continent is amazing—beautiful nature, great food.

But I won’t lie, corruption is everywhere in African countries. Nothing happens there except corruption.

To organize anything, you have to pay one person, then another. Doing business there is difficult.

It would be tough to stage a big fight in Africa. Most people wouldn’t even be able to buy tickets. Africa is not a good place for my fight with Whyte," Chisora stated.

Chisora and Wallin are set to clash on February 8. Full fight stats from RTFight can be found here.

Derek has already faced Dillian Whyte twice—losing once by decision and once by stoppage.
