Caroline Dubois Successfully Defends Her Championship Title for the First Time

On March 7 in Kensington, UK, WBC lightweight champion Caroline Dubois (11-0-1, 5 KOs) defended her title against Bo Mi Re Shin (18-3-3, 10 KOs).

Dubois claimed victory by majority decision. Scores: 95-95, 98-93, 98-92 in favor of Dubois.

This marked Dubois’ second title defense, following a draw in her previous fight.

For Bo Mi Re Shin, this was her first defeat in four fights—she had previously won two by stoppage and one by decision.
