Promotional company Boxxer has officially announced the next opponent for WBC lightweight champion Caroline Dubois (10-0-1, 5 KOs).
Dubois will defend her title against Bo Mi Re Shin (18-2-3, 10 KOs) of South Korea, currently ranked #1 in the WBC lightweight division. The fight is scheduled to take place on March 7 at Royal Albert Hall in London, UK.
On January 11, Dubois made her first title defense against Jessica Camara, but the fight ended in a technical draw in the second round after an accidental clash of heads, allowing the British fighter to retain her title.
In December, Bo Mi Re Shin scored a unanimous decision victory over Ntombokuqala Tolashe, securing her position as the mandatory challenger.
