Another Champion Added to Gervonta's Card, Featuring Benavidez and Gvozdyk

According to ESPN insider Salvador Rodriguez, the new WBC middleweight champion (up to 160 lbs) Carlos Adames (23-1, 18 KOs) will fight American Terrell Gausha (24-3-1, 12 KOs).

"The fight between Carlos Adames and Terrell Gausha is scheduled for June 15th on the undercard of the bouts featuring Gervonta Davis vs. Frank Martin and David Benavidez vs. Oleksandr Gvozdyk," said Rodriguez.

Carlos Adames has just been appointed the full WBC champion—previously holding the status of "interim" champion. The World Boxing Council stripped Jermall Charlo of this middleweight title.
