On September 13 in Las Vegas, USA, the undisputed Super Middleweight championship clash between 35-year-old Mexican Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and 37-year-old American Terence Crawford will take place.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission, during its monthly meeting, confirmed the officials for the bout.
The referee will be Thomas Taylor, who will earn a fee of $25,000. Earlier this year, Taylor officiated another undisputed championship fight — Naoya Inoue defending his belts against Ramon Cardenas.
The ringside judges will be Tim Cheatham, Max DeLuca, and Steve Weisfeld, each receiving a fee of $20,000.
For Canelo Alvarez (63-2-2, 39 KOs), this will be his second defense of the undisputed crown in 2025. Terence Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) will attempt to become a three-division undisputed champion.
