Canelo Reveals How Many More Years He Will Box

34-year-old Mexican world champion in the super middleweight division (up to 76.2 kg), Saúl "Canelo" Álvarez (61-2-2, 39 KOs), assures that he feels 10 years younger and isn’t thinking about retiring from professional boxing anytime soon.

"I feel like I’m 24. Of course, I need to take better care of my body since I’ve been in professional boxing for 19 years now. But I feel great—strong and fast. Everything is in perfect shape.

I would say that I’ll keep boxing for another 4-5 years, but we’ll see. My family is happy and fully supports me. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t ask too many questions—I just do my thing, and they’re always with me," Canelo said.

Canelo Álvarez’s next fight is set for September 14 against Puerto Rican Edgar Berlanga (22-0, 17 KOs), where the Mexican will defend his titles in Las Vegas, USA.
