Canelo on Garcia: "He Can Beat Anyone"

Super middleweight (up to 76,2 kg) undisputed champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (60-2-2, 39 KOs) believes in the level of Ryan Garcia (25-1, 20 KOs), with whom he used to train under the same coach.

"Nothing surprised me in the fight between Ryan and Haney. I’m very happy for Garcia, I think he has great talent. I watched that fight and was so happy.

With that mentality, he can fight anyone and beat anyone. He did really well, and I’m happy for him," said Alvarez.

On the night of April 21st, Garcia became the first to defeat Devin Haney. Later, Ryan announced that he would move to a new weight class.
