Bivol defeats Artur by decision

On December 23 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, WBA and IBO light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol (21-0, 11 KOs) met with Briton Lyndon Arthur (23-1, 16 KOs).

The fight ended with Bivol winning by unanimous decision.

This was Bivol's first defense in 2023. Before that, he boxed twice in 2022 - defeating Saul Alvarez and Gilberto Ramirez. Lyndon Arthur boxed for the third time in 2023. He won both previous confrontations.
