Bill Haney Trolls Oscar De La Hoya: “How’s It Going? 0–3”

Bill Haney, father and trainer of former undisputed world champion Devin Haney, took a jab at promoter Oscar De La Hoya following the outcome of the Times Square fight night.

“Shoutout to Devin, Rolly, and Teo for an iconic night of boxing. 3–0. Meanwhile, how’s Oscar doing? 0–3.

I’m still amazed Ryan didn’t fire De La Hoya for letting him go into that ring against Rolly with no PED testing,” Bill Haney wrote.

All Golden Boy Promotions fighters on the card — Jose Carlos Ramirez, Ryan Garcia, and Arnold Barboza — suffered defeats in New York. Notably, De La Hoya and Bill Haney had a tense exchange at the pre-fight press conference.
