Bill Haney Names One Reason Why Ryan is Crazy

The father and coach of WBC lightweight (up to 63,5 kg) champion Devin Haney (31-0, 15 KOs), Bill Haney, asserts that the showdown between his son and Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs) is definitely happening.

"The fight is on – Devin Haney vs. Ryan Garcia on April 20th.

No matter the distractions, no matter the antics Ryan pulls off. I know the guy isn’t crazy.

The crazy part was him agreeing to fight Devin. We will be ready," said Bill Haney.

The fight is scheduled for April 20th in New York, but questions about Garcia's participation arose due to his statements and videos on social media. The WBC president even planned to organize a commission to check the boxer's mental health, while Shakur Stevenson stated he was ready to replace Ryan in this matchup.
