Benn Suspended Once More

The UK Anti-Doping Agency (UKAD) has again temporarily suspended British welterweight fighter (up to 66.7 kg) Conor Benn (23-0, 14 KOs) due to violations of anti-doping regulations. UKAD and the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) won an appeal against the decision of the National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP), which had previously lifted his suspension following two positive doping tests in 2022. Benn's case will now proceed in accordance with UKAD rules.

Since April 2022, Conor Benn has not fought in Great Britain. In September last year, Conor boxed against Rodolfo Orosco (33-4-3, 25 KOs), and in February 2024 against Peter Dobson (16-1, 9 KOs), winning both matches by unanimous decision. Both bouts took place in the USA.
