Benavidez and Gvozdyk Weigh-In

On the night of June 16 in Las Vegas, USA, a fight for the interim WBC light heavyweight title (up to 79.4 kg) will take place between Oleksandr Gvozdyk (20-1, 16 KOs) and David Benavidez (28-0, 24 KOs).

Ahead of the bout, the fighters underwent the official weigh-in procedure.

Both the Ukrainian and the American showed identical weights – 79 kg.

Oleksandr Gvozdyk last fought in September, knocking out Isaac Rodrigues in the 2nd round. David Benavidez last fought in November, securing a TKO victory over Demetrius Andrade after Andrade's corner stopped the fight.
