Tony Bellew Breaks Down Parker vs. Dubois – Keys to Victory

Former world champion Tony Bellew has given his take on how Joseph Parker (35-3, 23 KOs) can overcome Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) in their upcoming IBF heavyweight title fight.

"This is a top-level fight, and the first three or four rounds will be crucial. If Joe can survive them, I think he’ll go on to win. But right now, Daniel Dubois is in fantastic shape. He takes risks, drops his hands, and fears nothing."

However, Bellew believes Parker has the skill advantage:

"If Parker has prepared properly, he can come out on top. He’s the better boxer, more technical, and has more skills—but Dubois has the power edge."

"Parker is also older, and youth could play a decisive role here. Dubois is incredibly strong and punches without hesitation—many heavyweights fear that."

Parker and Dubois will collide on February 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The winner could land a huge fight against Oleksandr Usyk, who has already expressed interest in facing the victor.
