Bakole, Opetaia, and Zurdo. Oleksandr Gvozdyk Names Potential Opponents for Usyk

Former light heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk (20-2, 16 KOs) shared his thoughts on the future of the WBA, WBC, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titleholder Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs).

"I’d be interested to see his fight against Martin Bakole. But Sasha has already proven himself by beating all the top contenders. I heard that Usyk plans to go back down to cruiserweight.

It seems his team wants to arrange a fight with Jai Opetaia after he faces (Gilberto) ‘Zurdo’ Ramirez, in order to unify all the cruiserweight titles again. That would be fascinating to watch as well," said Gvozdyk.

On December 21, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tyson Fury by unanimous decision.
