Austin Williams to Fight in IBF Eliminator

The International Boxing Federation (IBF) has ordered a middleweight eliminator bout between American contender Austin Williams (18-1, 12 KOs) and Italy’s unbeaten Etinosa Oliha (21-0, 9 KOs).

The winner will become the mandatory challenger for Kazakhstan’s IBF champion, Zhanibek Alimkhanuly.

Negotiation Deadline: April 3. If no deal is reached, a purse bid will be scheduled.

Williams secured a unanimous decision win over Patrice Volny in his last bout. It was his second victory since his loss to Hamzah Sheeraz.
