Former world champion from the UK, Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs), revealed that his top priority in 2025 is a showdown with fellow Brit Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs).
"In 2025, I’m targeting Tyson Fury. Did losing to Dubois affect me? It makes me hungry, makes me work even harder. Time matters, time is limited, so I just want to work more.
When I look back, I realize I could have done more in 2024. I have another chance in 2025, and I’ll do everything to make the most of every opportunity that comes my way.
I should have won, but I didn’t, so I’m going to try again. My life is full of ups and downs, so I have to get used to the stormy times and keep moving forward. I can’t stop now. I need to keep going until I reach my goal," said Joshua.
In March, Joshua stopped Francis Ngannou in the 2nd round, but in September, Anthony himself lost early to Daniel Dubois – KO 5.
