Former unified Heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua recalled his countryman Tyson Fury and praised WBO Interim titleholder Joseph Parker.
Honestly, I’m proud of Joseph Parker. Even though he’s my opponent — real recognizes real. He’s in the game to fight anyone, anytime, and that’s the DNA of a true general. Not like his stupid friend Tyson Fury. I could break down Fury’s career and record in a couple of minutes, but I’ll save that for a potential “Gloves Are Off,” if he ever comes back and steps in against Big Femi. Respect to you too, Fabio Wardley. Bro, just a couple of years ago you were working in recruitment and helping your dad find a job. Let this be proof that God is always on a man’s side, and evidence that nothing is impossible. If you can fight, ha-ha. To my fans: I’ll be back to lace up my boots and put on the gloves sooner than you think. Hopefully, I’ll knock some sense out of Fury and dance around his jab with no problem, said Joshua.
Anthony Joshua has not fought since his defeat to Daniel Dubois. Since then, he has been recovering and underwent elbow surgery.
