Anthony Cacace Defends Title Against Warrington

On September 21 at Wembley Stadium in London, UK, during the undercard of Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois, a 12-round featherweight bout (up to 59 kg) took place between IBF and IBO champion Anthony Cacace (23-1, 8 KOs) and Josh Warrington (31-4-1, 8 KOs).

The fight went the distance, with the reigning champion winning by unanimous decision. The judges scored it 118-110 and 117-111 twice in favor of Cacace. This victory marks Cacace’s eighth consecutive win, while it’s the third straight defeat for Warrington.
