Andy Ruiz Reveals When He Expects to Return to the Ring

35-year-old former Heavyweight World Champion Andy Ruiz shared details of his recovery and gave an approximate timeline for his return to the ring.

“My hands are fine, I feel good. Mentally and spiritually I’m also in a good place. In September I’ll head over there to talk with Turki and the people who can organize these fights for me. And hopefully, in December or January, we’ll already be back in the ring,” Ruiz told Talk Sport.

Andy Ruiz (35-2-1, 22 KOs) sustained an injury in his fight against Jarrell Miller in August 2024, which ended in a draw.
