24-year-old American heavyweight Jared Anderson (17-0, 15 KOs) faced off against 31-year-old Belgian Ryad Merhy (32-3, 26 KOs).

The fight went the distance, spanning all 10 rounds, and ended in a unanimous decision victory for Jared. The WBC USA and WBO International belts were on the line.

This bout marks Merhy's second loss in his last three fights. In 2023, Riad suffered a defeat to Kevin Lerena and secured a victory over Tony Yoka. Last year, Anderson fought three times, recording two knockouts and one decision. This fight was his first in 2024.
