Alycia Baumgardner Vacates WBC Title

Alycia Baumgardner, the undisputed champion at Super Featherweight, has officially vacated her WBC title, according to the organization’s president Mauricio Sulaiman.

“The WBC has received confirmation that Alycia Baumgardner has relinquished her championship title at Super Featherweight.

Alycia became WBC champion in 2021 after knocking out Terri Harper, defended the belt six times, and went on to defeat other champions to become undisputed. The WBC has always supported her and wishes her success in the future, both inside and outside the ring,” wrote Sulaiman.

Baumgardner (16-1, 7 KOs) last fought in July, defeating Jennifer Miranda by unanimous decision.
