WBO and IBF middleweight champion Janibek Alimkhanuly (17-0, 12 KOs) has called out WBC titleholder Carlos Adames (24-1-1, 18 KOs), urging him to make a unification bout happen.
“I need a third belt! Right now, I’m not interested in any fight except the one that brings me closer to a third title!
Carlos Adames, I told my manager — you’re the only one I want to fight! Now it’s your turn. Talk to your team, and let’s make this fight happen — no excuses, no delays. Let’s give the fans what they want!” Alimkhanuly wrote.
On April 5, Janibek Alimkhanuly successfully defended his titles by knocking out Anauel Ngamissengue in the fifth round.
