After Parker: Wardley plans to hunt down Usyk in the arena

The WBA interim heavyweight champion, British Fabio Wardley, will meet the holder of a similar title according to the WBO, New Zealander Joseph Parker, on October 25. Wardley said what he plans to do in case he wins.

“Whatever happens, it will be as it is. All I know is that I'll stand there in the spotlight and hear: ‘Fabio Wardley!’

I'm going to grab the microphone, jump into the crowd and go look for Usyk,” Wardley said.

On the line for Wardley (19-0-1, 18 KOs) and Parker (36-3, 24 KOs) is only Fabio's belt. The winner is the most likely opponent for undisputed heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, but it is not yet known if the Ukrainian will be in attendance.
