3 Components of Ngannu's Punch Power

The coach of Cameroonian fighter Francis Ngannu (0-1) revealed what contributes to his immense punching power.

"His punching power is something innate.

He was digging sand mines as a child until he was 20 years old. His DNA, Cameroonian heritage, and hard manual labor during his childhood are the main attributes of this raw power.

Three or four times, I had to change my training vest because he was destroying me. I would constantly come home with bruised ribs.

They say, 'It's like getting hit by a bus.' I feel it every single session; I'm used to it. It's colossal strength, immense," said Cooper.

Francis is considered one of the greatest knockout artists in MMA history. His only loss in boxing came by decision to Tyson Fury, sending the Brit to the canvas.

On March 8th, Francis will face Anthony Joshua in Riyadh.
