Bob Arum, the chief of Top Rank Promotions, acknowledged Vasyl Lomachenko's victory over Devin Haney, the undisputed world champion in the lightweight division.
Before a press conference commenced, the promoter encountered the Ukrainian boxer and affirmed to him that his victory had been quite straightforward.
Arum confessed, "I'm sorry man, you won that fight, easy."
Lomachenko responded, "No problem." After this, Arum addressed Lomachenko's manager, Egis Klimas, pointing out the unjust decision of the judges.
"You won that fight, easy. Easy." Arum stressed.
It's worth noting that on the night of May 20-21, Haney won a unanimous decision over Lomachenko, with the judges' scores reading 116-112, 115-113, and 115-113.
