UFC and TKO Boxing Promotions president Dana White has announced that he will launch his own boxing show in 2026. According to White, the format will feature “undefeated vs undefeated” matchups, the creation of new stars, and developing fighters to the level where they can perform on major boxing cards.
In 2026 I’m launching my show, and it will be something like the Contender Series (a show White created in 2017 for the UFC, where up-and-coming or lesser-known fighters competed in the Octagon, and White personally decided who would get a UFC contract). The best will fight the best, the undefeated will face the undefeated. We’ll care about the first fight of the night, not just the main event. I’m creating stars, putting on great fights, and then these guys will level up and fight on Turki Alalshikh’s shows. I don’t have an ego or arrogance when I say I’m coming into boxing and trying to ‘fix it.’ The sport is broken. We turned the UFC into the NFL, into the NBA. Right now, we’ve probably got 60–70 fighters under contract, White said on Vegas PBS.
