Anthony Joshua on a Fury fight: “I’m giving this bum 8 weeks”

British former heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua has responded to the question of whether he is ready for his next fight to be against fellow countryman Tyson Fury.

“I’m giving this bum 8 weeks. Twenty-four hours to sign the contract. Let’s see if you’re a real man, Greedy Belly,” Joshua said.

As a reminder, in the early hours of December 20 Anthony Joshua (29-4, 26 KOs) knocked out Jake Paul (12-2, 7 KOs) in the sixth round. On the eve of that fight, Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs) addressed Joshua, saying that “if I ever run into you, you bum, I’ll knock you spark out.”
