Turki Intrigues Regarding Fury vs. Makhmudov: "Expect a Big Surprise"

Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia, spoke out following the announcement of the deal between British former unified world champion Tyson Fury and Arslanbek Makhmudov.

“This is already the second fight between Netflix and The Ring. This is just the beginning.

Expect a big surprise soon,” Al-Sheikh said.

The showdown between Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs) and Makhmudov (21-2, 19 KOs) will take place on April 11 in Great Britain.

Arslanbek Makhmudov himself promised a battle:

“I am excited about this opportunity. I am coming to wage war.

Tyson Fury was a great champion. I will be ready like never before and will leave the ring with a loud victory,” Makhmudov stated.

Fury has not stepped into the ring since 2024, when he lost twice consecutively to Oleksandr Usyk and announced his retirement.
