Data Controller: The sole and exclusive Controller (Data Owner) of personal data for users and athletes from all regions of the world (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other jurisdictions) is RTFIGHT.COM FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates at the following address: DSO-IFZA, Dubai Digital Park - Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. The company exercises sole technical, operational and legal management of the Platform and ensures compliance with international data protection and compliance standards.
In these documents, when we use the terms “Ready to Fight,” the “Company,” “we” or “us,” we mean specifically the legal entity RTFIGHT.COM FZCO (UAE).
Any User, Client or Customer who has registered for and/or uses the Platform independently or through third parties shall hereinafter be referred to as the “User,” “you” or the “Customer.”
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process the personal data of users and other persons associated with our Platform. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and on the legal bases described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect your information in three ways:

● Information that is collected automatically;
● Information from other sources.

1.1. Personal Identification and Verification Data. We collect data provided during account registration and verification (as described in the Terms), including:

● proof of identity and/or age;
● photographs or videos for identification purposes (selfie verification).

● profile photograph and other uploaded images;
● biography and professional information (e.g., role, career, statistics, fight history, team);

Depending on your privacy settings, this information may be visible to other Users of the Platform.
1.3. Sensitive and Professional Data
Given the nature of the Platform, you may upload and share:
● medical certificates;
● information about physical fitness or health status;
● sports licenses and regulatory documents.
Such data may constitute sensitive personal data under applicable law.
You provide such data voluntarily and control its visibility.
You acknowledge the risks associated with sharing such information with other Users.
We do not actively verify or confirm the accuracy of such data.
1.4. User-Generated Content. We collect content that you create and share, including:
● posts, photographs, videos, audio;
● advertisements, messages and offers for cooperation;
● uploaded documents;
● associated metadata (e.g., time, location, author).
We may also process content when you copy or upload it to the Platform.
1.5. Communications and Messages
When you communicate through the Platform, we collect:

● metadata (timestamps, participants, delivery/read status).
We process such data for:
● facilitating communication between Users;
● ensuring the security of the Platform;
● preventing fraud, spam and unlawful activities.
We do not actively monitor all communications but reserve the right to review them where necessary.
1.6. Transaction and Cooperation Data
We collect information related to interactions between Users, including:
● cooperation offers;
● terms of interaction;
● details of negotiations;
● information regarding agreements.
Important:
We are not a party to agreements between Users and do not control or verify such arrangements.
1.7. Payments and Financial Information. The Company does not collect or store your full bank card details (card number, expiration date, CVV), which are processed by third-party payment providers. However, to ensure the operation of the Ready to Pay ecosystem, process transactions involving RTF Token, and record the status of commercial Agreements between Users, we automatically process transaction metadata: transaction ID, amount, date, public cryptocurrency wallet address, and payment status.
1.8. Contacts and Social Media Information
If you choose to synchronize your contacts or connect social media accounts, we may collect:
● names, telephone numbers, email addresses from your contacts;
● public profile information from connected social media networks.
This information is used to facilitate connections between Users.
1.9. Information When You Contact Us
We collect information that you provide when contacting us, including:
● name;
● contact details;
● content of your inquiry.
This data is used to provide support and improve our services.
1.10. Information from Forms and Interactions on the Platform
We collect information provided through forms on the Platform, including:
● registration data;
● feedback;
● responses to surveys or promotions (where applicable).
Participation in additional activities (such as surveys or promotions) is voluntary.
1.11. Data from Reference Profiles of Athletes (Collected from Public Sources)
For the purpose of promoting boxing and creating a unified community directory, the Platform processes publicly available data of athletes who are not personally registered on the Platform: surname, first name, sporting nickname, fight statistics (number of wins/losses), weight, height, current club or promoter, as well as public photographs and video materials from sports press kits.
We strictly prohibit the collection of sensitive data (home addresses, personal contact details, medical information or financial status) without the express consent of the data subject. All media content (photographs/videos) uploaded by the Platform Administration is used exclusively on the basis of non-commercial, news-reporting and statistical quotation rights in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
When you use the Platform, certain data is automatically collected by our systems. This information is used to operate, protect and improve the Platform, as well as to analyze usage patterns and detect potential misuse.
2.1. Usage Data
We collect information about your interaction with the Platform, including:
● content viewed;
● frequency and duration of use;
● interactions with other Users;
● search history and search queries;
● pages and features accessed.
We may also process characteristics of User Content (such as images, videos or audio) for purposes such as content moderation, security and Platform functionality.

This information is used to ensure security, troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.

3.4. The processing and publication of publicly available professional data of athletes is carried out on the basis of the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and Article 4(4) of the UAE PDPL), as only public facts concerning their professional activities are used, and the athletes themselves have an unconditional right to request deletion of or claim ownership of their profile at any time.
3.5. Processing of Special Categories of Personal Data (Health Data): If you voluntarily upload medical certificates, information concerning your health status, physical condition metrics or sports licenses to the Platform, you thereby provide your explicit, voluntary, specific and informed consent to the processing by RTFIGHT.COM FZCO of such health data in accordance with Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR. Such data is processed exclusively to enable specialized Platform functions (such as matchmaking, license verification or performance tracking) and may be visible to authorized third parties (Promoters, Managers, Matchmakers) strictly based on the privacy settings of your profile. You retain the right to withdraw such explicit consent at any time by deleting the relevant documents or closing your Account.
We process your data where necessary for the performance of the agreement (Terms of Service) to which you are a party, where your sole counterparty and the Operator of the Platform is RTFIGHT.COM FZCO (UAE).
The legal basis on which we rely depends on the specific purpose for which your data is processed.
Contractual Necessity
We process your data where necessary to perform our agreement with you or to take steps at your request prior to entering into such an agreement.
This includes:
● creating and managing your account;
● providing Platform functionality (profiles, advertisements, messages, interactions);
● facilitating communication between Users;
● providing customer support.
Legitimate Interests
We process your data where necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that such interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

● improving and developing the Platform;
● ensuring the security of the Platform and preventing fraud or abuse;

● pursuing the Company’s legitimate business interest in creating and maintaining a unified information directory of the boxing community, covering sporting achievements, and providing users with analytical and statistical data.

● maintaining the integrity and security of the Platform.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Regulatory Framework
The processing of personal data for Users in the EEA and Switzerland is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
For Users in the United Kingdom, processing is governed by the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
The Ready to Fight Platform uses automated algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI) systems to collect, structure and analyze sports statistics from publicly available sources and to automatically generate the content of Reference Profiles of athletes.
In accordance with the requirements of Article 22 of the GDPR, the Company declares and guarantees that the Platform does not use automated decision-making processes (including profiling) that may produce legal effects for Users or Athletes, or otherwise significantly affect their civil, property or professional rights and freedoms. Automated processing is carried out solely for the systematization of publicly available sports facts. For registered Users, AI systems may additionally analyze activity on the Platform for the purpose of providing personalized recommendations regarding potential cooperation or content. Such processing does not produce legal effects for Users, and the right to opt out of such processing is guaranteed by Section 7 of this Notice.
6.1. Consent
We rely on your consent for certain types of data processing where required by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
6.1.1. Personalized Advertising
With your explicit consent, we may provide personalized advertising based on your activity on the Platform and, where permitted, on third-party services.

● We use your data to verify the identity of the User where necessary, including to comply with security requirements and prevent fraud.

If your profile is public, your information may also be accessible to third parties outside the Platform, including search engines.
We take reasonable measures to ensure that any sharing of data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We do not conduct background checks or comprehensive verification of all Users and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information provided by Users.
We do not sell your personal data.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
Your personal data is stored on secure servers. The location of such servers may vary depending on your location and the services used to operate the Platform.
Your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your country of residence.

1. Right of Access
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and to request access to such data.
You may also access certain information directly through your account, including data visible to other Users (e.g., profile information).
2. Right to Rectification
You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
You may update or correct certain information directly through your account settings.
3. Right to Erasure
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal limitations.
You may:
● delete content from your profile through your account settings;
● close your account in accordance with the “Terms of Use”;
● request the deletion of specific data by contacting us.
If you are a professional athlete whose profile was created by the Platform Administration based on publicly available data, you have an unconditional right at any time to request the deletion of your profile or independently complete the verification procedure to obtain control over it (Claim Profile) in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to these Terms. Upon receipt of a request to delete a Reference Profile, we undertake to temporarily deactivate (hide from public access) such profile within 24–48 hours, and to fully delete or anonymize the data within 7 calendar days after the successful verification of the identity of the Applicant.
4. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where applicable.
5. Right to Restrict Automated Processing and AI
You have the right to object to decision-making and profiling based solely on automated processing or artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms for generating personalized recommendations of content or potential cooperation on the Platform. 6. Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request restriction of processing if:
● you contest the accuracy of the data;
● the processing is unlawful, but you object to the deletion;
● you need the data for legal claims;
● you have objected to the processing and verification is still ongoing.

If processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
8. Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling, as well as to processing for direct marketing purposes.
9. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully.
12. Age Restrictions
You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:
● you are at least 18 years old;
● you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
We knowingly do not collect or process personal data of individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware of such processing, we will take appropriate measures to delete the data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, technical or business processes.
