Judges' Scorecards for Muratalla’s Victory Over Cruz

On the night of January 25 at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas in Las Vegas, USA, a Lightweight bout took place in which Raymond Muratalla (24-0, 17 KOs) made his debut world title defense of the IBF belt against Andy Cruz (6-1, 3 KOs).

The fight lasted all 12 rounds and ended in a victory for Muratalla by majority decision. The judges' scores were: 118-110 (Muratalla), 114-114 (draw), and 116-112 (Muratalla).

According to all three judges, Muratalla dominated the first half of the fight. After the midway point of the confrontation, one ringside judge awarded Raymond 5 out of 6 rounds, the second favored Cruz, and the third judge saw it as a draw.
