Nikita Tszyu – Michael Zerafa Fight Stopped in Second Round: Bout Ruled a No Contest

The bout between Australians 27-year-old Nikita Tszyu and 33-year-old Michael Zerafa, which took place on January 16 in Australia, has been declared a no contest. In the second round, Michael received an accidental headbutt and told the referee that he could not see anything.

After examining Zerafa, the decision was made to rule the fight a no contest.

“I don't know why everyone is booing me. It's not my fault,” said Michael in response to the crowd's reaction.

Tszyu's previous fight ended early in the 1st round with his victory. Zerafa was on a streak of three stoppage victories in a row prior to this fight.
