The bout will headline the January 31 event in Newcastle, United Kingdom, with streaming provided by DAZN.

Bakhram Murtazaliev (23-0, 17 KOs) last fought in October 2024, scoring a third-round TKO over Tim Tszyu.

Josh Kelly (17-1-1, 9 KOs) is coming off a first-round knockout win over Flavius Biea in June.
