
Nigerian Heavyweight boxer Efe Ajagba has signed a contract with Zuffa Boxing and will headline the third boxing evening of the new promotion.
In the main event of the show, which will take place on February 14, Ajagba will meet with former IBF world champion Charles Martin. The tournament broadcast will take place on Paramount+.
Zuffa Boxing has already announced the dates of the first three events: January 23, January 30, and February 14. The first evening will be headlined by the fight of Callum Walsh against Carlos Ocampo, the main battle of the second is not yet known, and the third event will be headlined by the Ajagba – Martin duel.
In May, Efe Ajagba (20-1-1, 14 KOs) held a fight against Martin Bakole, which ended in a draw.
Charles Martin (30-4-1, 27 KOs) last entered the ring in November 2024, when he knocked out Matthew McKinney in the first round. In 2016, Martin won the IBF world champion title in a fight against Ukrainian Vyacheslav Glazkov, and lost the belt in the first defense in a duel with Anthony Joshua.
Zuffa Boxing is a joint boxing promotion created by TKO and Sela. The leadership includes UFC and TKO Boxing Promotions President Dana White, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Turki Alalshikh, Sela Managing Director and CEO Dr. Rakan AlHarthy, as well as WWE President Nick Khan.
