American light heavyweight Deon Nicholson has announced that his scheduled bout against former undisputed world champion Artur Beterbiev has been cancelled.
“Just found out my fight with Artur Beterbiev has been cancelled by the will of God. I’ll share details about another fight soon,” Nicholson wrote.
The fight between Deon Nicholson (22-1, 18 KOs) and Artur Beterbiev (21-1, 20 KOs) was originally scheduled for November 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of the undercard for the David Benavidez vs Anthony Yarde event.
