Usyk Wins Knockout of the Year, Inoue Named Best Boxer: WBC Announces 2025 Results

The World Boxing Council (WBC) has unveiled the list of winners for its annual awards, highlighting the brightest events and personalities of 2025.

One of the main awards went to three-division undisputed world champion Oleksandr Usyk. His stoppage victory over Daniel Dubois (in their 2025 rematch) was recognized as the most spectacular finish of the past year.

The top individual award, "Boxer of the Year," was claimed by the undisputed junior featherweight champion Naoya Inoue.
