Official: Floyd Schofield to Face Joseph Diaz

Golden Boy Promotions has officially announced a bout between Floyd Schofield and Joseph Diaz.

The fight will take place on November 8 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, USA, on the undercard of the clash between interim WBC Super Welterweight champion Vergil Ortiz and Erickson Lubin.

Floyd Schofield (19-0, 13 KOs) last fought in June, knocking out Tevin Farmer in the first round.

Joseph Diaz (34-8-1, 15 KOs) most recently lost to Regis Prograis by unanimous decision in August, marking his seventh defeat in his last nine outings.
