Anthony Olascuaga Defeats Kuwahara by Knockout

American WBO Flyweight champion Anthony Olascuaga held a bout in Japan against local fighter Taku Kuwahara.

The confrontation ended inside the distance in the 4th round — Olascuaga knocked out his opponent. The official result — TKO 4.

Olascuaga has defended the championship belt for the third time in 2025. His record includes one victory by judges' decision (over Hiroto Kyoguchi in March) and two early finishes (over Juan Carlos Camacho in September and now over Kuwahara). For Kuwahara, this is the first defeat in 2025. In his previous fight, he knocked out his opponent in the 5th round.
