Official: Floyd Mayweather to Face Mike Tyson

Former five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather will face former undisputed Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson in an exhibition match.

The fighters confirmed the news on their social media pages.

The clash is planned for spring 2026, though no exact date has been set. The event is expected to be broadcast by CSI Sports/Fight Sports.

Floyd Mayweather, 48, has not fought professionally since 2017 when he defeated Conor McGregor, but he has remained active in exhibitions, including a bout against Logan Paul. In total, Mayweather has held eight exhibition fights.

Mike Tyson, 59, returned to the ring in 2024 for his first official fight since 2005, losing a decision to Jake Paul.
