Jake Paul dropped from WBA rankings

The World Boxing Association (WBA) has published an updated ranking of the top cruiserweight boxers.

American influencer Jake Paul, who previously held the No. 15 spot, has dropped out of the rankings.

On 19 December, Jake suffered an inside-the-distance defeat to former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua — in the 5th round Paul was sent to the canvas twice, and twice more in the 6th.

After the final knockdown, the referee decided to stop the bout. Later it became known that Jake had suffered a fractured jaw in two places.
