Queensberry head Frank Warren does not believe a fight between former unified Heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury and influencer-boxer Jake Paul is impossible.

“Listen, how can you expect a boxer to turn down the kind of money that’s being put up for these fights? He can get the same money, or even less, for a fight with someone who is an established, high-level boxer — and still risk taking a punch to the head.

AJ is fighting a Cruiserweight fighter who previously competed at Light Heavyweight. I’m not saying Heavyweights haven’t moved up to Heavyweight before, but those were guys with massive experience. So I can’t criticize anyone for agreeing to an eight-round fight against a man who has never competed at that level,” said Warren.

Joshua vs Paul will take place on December 19 in Miami.

At the first press conference, Jake commented on Fury’s intentions to face Joshua if he wins — saying he will knock the Brit out and then step into the ring with Tyson himself.
