Dereck Chisora and Dillian Whyte have agreed to face each other in a third fight. The deal-in-principle was made during the Parker vs Wardley event in London.
– We’d all love to see the trilogy. Is it possible? — the host asked promoter Frank Warren live in the studio.
– Do you want that fight? — Warren turned to Chisora.
– Why not?” replied Dereck. I want to fight — but it’s got to be for the right price.
The potential trilogy between the two British heavyweights is expected to take place on December 13 in Manchester, UK.
This will be their third encounter: In December 2016, Whyte won by split decision. In the 2018 rematch, he stopped Chisora with an 11th-round knockout.
Dereck Chisora (36-13, 23 KOs) and Dillian Whyte (31-4, 21 KOs) could finally settle one of the most heated rivalries in modern British boxing.
