In the early hours of May 24, at Memorial Hall in Melrose, USA, Ukrainian WBC International heavyweight titleholder Andrii Novytskyi (15-0, 11 KOs) faced off against Peru’s David Zegarra (35-13-1, 22 KOs).

The bout ended swiftly — Novytskyi secured a first-round knockout victory.

Back in December, Novytskyi had earned a unanimous decision win over Edgar Ramirez. For Zegarra, this marks his fifth consecutive defeat.
