Kabayel’s Next Opponent Revealed: Fight on January 10

According to Bild, interim WBC heavyweight champion Agit Kabayel will face Polish heavyweight Damian Knyba in his next fight.

The bout is expected to take place on January 10, 2026, in Oberhausen, Germany. An official announcement is expected in the coming days.

Agit Kabayel (26-0, 18 KOs) has not fought since the winter of 2025, when he stopped Zhilei Zhang inside the distance.

Damian Knyba (17-0, 11 KOs) fought three times this year — winning all three by stoppage. Earlier in his career, Knyba also served as a sparring partner for Oleksandr Usyk.
