Whittaker and Gavazi Face Off Ahead of November Clash

British Light Heavyweight Ben Whittaker and Germany’s Benjamin Gavazi held their first face-off ahead of their upcoming fight.

The bout will headline the boxing event on November 29 in Birmingham, United Kingdom, for the WBC Silver title. The event will be streamed live on DAZN.

In April, Ben Whittaker (9-0-1, 6 KOs) defeated Liam Cameron by second-round technical knockout in their rematch. Their first encounter ended in a technical draw after both fighters fell out of the ring following the bell, causing an injury to Whittaker.

Benjamin Gavazi (19-1, 13 KOs) last fought in December 2024, scoring a 10th-round technical knockout victory over Branimir Malenica.
